Gateway Center works to end homelessness in Metro Atlanta through therapeutic program and community collaboration.

Our team developed a full business plan to transform Gateway Center’s empty kitchen into a fully-functioning restaurant, in which the cooks were the homeless clients. The plan consisted of market research, strategy, and content creation, a SWOT analysis, financial analysis, and future planning.
